In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this Service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.
This Service and its components are offered for informational purposes only. Donorship LLC shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness, or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the Service, and shall not be responsible or liable for any errors or omissions in that information.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Donorship LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The Service may display advertisements. Donorship LLC may receive compensation for these advertisements. We are committed to transparency and endorse products only when we believe in their quality and suitability.
If you make a donation through this Service, you agree to comply with the payment policies outlined in the donation process. The Company reserves the right to change its payment policies at any time. Donations and transactions exceeding $10,000 in cryptocurrency may be disclosed by Donorship to the IRS within 15 days, including pertinent details such as names, addresses, etc... By opting to use our products, users affirm their engagement does not involve any involvement in money laundering or criminal activities. It is explicitly emphasized that Donorship assumes no custody of the user's funds at any point.
When making a donation through the Service, you agree to a 3% tax on the donation amount, which is collected by the Donorship LLC. Donorship LLC reserves the right to change the tax rate at any time without prior notice. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that 3% of your donation will be retained by Donorship LLC for its operational and administrative expenses. The Tax shall not, under any circumstances, be construed as a "broker-dealer" fee at any juncture.
The Company may terminate your access to the Service, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Donorship LLC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time as it sees fit. Your continued use of the Service will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our terms and conditions, we will announce them on our home page and other key pages on our site. Notification by email or postal mail will be made to those affected by changes in how we use customers' Personally Identifiable Information.
Email receipts for donations made through the Service are generated and managed by The Giving Block Company ("Giving Block"). The final receipt dollar amount, after deduction of the Donorship LLC tax, will be determined by Giving Block.
Donorship LLC is not liable for the actions of Giving Block regarding the receipt and distribution of cryptocurrencies to non-profit organizations. The handling and distribution of cryptocurrencies are the sole responsibility of Giving Block.
Donorship LLC does not have direct partnerships with non-profit organizations. All non-profit organizations presented on the Service are provided and partnered with Giving Block. Donorship LLC is not responsible for the actions or policies of these non-profit organizations.
Donorship LLC is not liable for any gas fees or accidental transactions ("mistakes") made by users during the donation process. Users are responsible for verifying and confirming their donations before finalizing transactions.
All donations made through the Service are final, and Donorship LLC does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Users should ensure that they are using the official Donorship LLC widget. Donorship LLC is not liable for scams, copied widgets, or any fraudulent activity related to third-party widgets or imitations.
Tax receipts and the final donation dollar amount received by non-profit organizations will be handled exclusively by Giving Block. Donorship LLC is not responsible for any discrepancies or issues related to tax receipts or financial disbursements.
Affiliates can earn a commission from donations made on their platform's widget. The affiliate fee varies from 1% to 5% of each donation. Commission percentages are determined individually and may be subject to periodic adjustments at Donorship's discretion. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that both Donorship and the affiliate takes a fee from every donation.
$DNR Points are experimental and are provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your participation is entirely voluntary; any use will be at your own risk and without warranties by Donorship of any kind. Notice on Prohibited Use – US and Other Restricted Persons Donorship.io and any related services are not offered to and may not be used by persons or entities who reside in are located in, are incorporated in, or have a registered office in the United States of America (collectively, “US Persons”) or in any restricted territory, as defined below (each such person or entity from a restricted territory, a “Restricted Person”). We do not make exceptions. Therefore, if you are a US Person or other Restricted Person, then do not attempt to use Donorship.io or any related services. Use of a Virtual Private Network (“VPN”) or any other similar means intended to circumvent the restrictions set forth herein is prohibited. Donorship may restrict services, including in certain jurisdictions, due to applicable laws, regulations, or business considerations at its sole discretion. Donorship will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the temporary or permanent loss of use to any service or related services. These terms and conditions, together with any documents or terms expressly incorporated by reference, which includes any other terms and conditions or other agreement that $DNR Points (“DNR Points” “Donorship” “we” “us” and “our”) posts publicly or makes available to you or the company or other legal entity you represent (“you” or “your”) (collectively, these “Terms”), are entered into between Donorship and YOU concerning your use of, and access to, Donorship's websites, including Donorship.io, mobile applications, all associated sites and interfaces linked thereto by Donorship or its affiliates, application programming interfaces (“APIs”) and source code (collectively with any materials and services available therein, and successor website(s) or application(s) thereto, the “Site”). Please read these terms carefully, As these Terms govern your use of the Site and access to any and all functionality provided through or facilitated by the Site (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms expressly cover your rights and obligations and our disclaimers and limitations of legal liability relating to your use of, and access to, the Site and the Services. Terms of Use for Points System - This points system (“Points System”) is operated by Donorship, LLC. (“we”, “us”, “our”). Points System - The Points System is a mechanism that allows you to accumulate points (“Points”) based on your usage and interaction with the App and services provided therein. The number of Points earned may vary depending on the nature of your interaction with the App. In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to determine the number of Points awarded for any given interaction. Changes to Points Calculation - In our sole and absolute discretion, we reserve the right to modify, alter, or change the calculation or valuation of Points at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Such modifications, alterations, or changes may include, but are not limited to, increasing or decreasing the number of Points awarded for a specific interaction, changing the activities for which Points may be awarded, or imposing limits on the accumulation or redemption of Points. No Guarantee - We do not guarantee the availability of any particular redemption level or reward. The amount of Points required to redeem any reward may be substantially increased, any reward may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any reward or its redemption may be imposed at any time. No Monetary Value - Points have no cash value, are not exchangeable for cash, and are not transferable. The sale, barter, or other disposal of Points other than by us is expressly prohibited. Acceptance of These Terms - By using the Points System, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
